Completed in September 2004, the purpose-built accommodation features 99 apartments, housing 569 students. Internally, each apartment has between 4 and 6 en-suite study bedrooms, an internal hall plus a large communal kitchen and living area apartment – all fully furnished for a luxury standard of living.
Apartment owners receive gross rental payments through Bournston. A service charge is payable at intervals throughout each year, covering the cost of all services (electricity, water, cleaning and communal services including site security) as well as any voids in student rents (therefore any bad debts are shared across all investors).
Local facilities
Lincoln, with its magnificent Cathedral, is the regional centre and economic focus for Lincolnshire and beyond. Greater Lincoln has a population of over 125,000 people and a retail catchment of 300,000 people. The City’s economy is one of the fastest growing in the region, substantially aided by the huge investment being made by the University of Lincoln.
The Junxion overlooks the university campus and Brayford Pool on one elevation, and Debenhams and the town centre to another. So it’s within walking distance of all local facilities. There are plenty of extras on site too, including a launderette, bike store, internal floating courtyard garden, common room and a staffed management suite to oversee day-to-day operations and security.

Most of our open days are held at the Junxion in Lincoln, because it’s already fully operational and its on-site facilities mean we can demonstrate the product more fully - however occasionally we will hold them at marketing suites for new schemes when we confirm the appointment we will let you know.
