Stockton on the horizon
As you can see the horizon is changing dramatically at Stockton on Tees with a 12 storey 382 bedroom mezzino scheme well under construction to be ready for September 2008. Rialto Court, as the council have named it, is already something of a local landmark as it can be seen for many miles around.
Mezzino student lettings commence at the end of January for which there is a growing healthy appetite as we're the only purpose built student accommodation in the town (other than the University). An investments sales launch has been postponed until July 08 but quite possibly till February 09.
